I recommend that Criminal be promoted to a high staffed position like Head staff, Assistant manager or possibly manager...

There is a reason why I possibly say manager but anyways Criminal promptly reacted to trouble within the dream and dealt with it swiftly and far way better then I had ever expected him/her to do.

Criminal has the mental capability: the stamina, the patience, the tolerance and self control that of a Guardian of DEP.

More than I do: Plus she/he has worked at CS for a year.
